With a valid maximum decorating slot level of 4-0-0, 3-1-1, or 3-2-1 depending on the skill grade(s) on the charm itself, all skills have a 98–100% chance of being at their greatest level, and they always have a second skill with a 100% chance of being at the highest level. All charms obtained through this mod have authentic charm specifications.
Note that any Anima and Reincarnation meldings that are currently underway will not be impacted by the mod; it only affects new melding that is queued after the patch is loaded.
